Ahmed Awadh came today to our company for the job interview; we interviewed him to see if he really is worth the position or not. The interview started at 10:05 a.m. and finished at 10:45 a.m; it was on Tuesday, on 18 \09 \2012.The interviewers asked him several questions to know his weakness and his strength. The position that Ahmed Awadh applied for is Senior Operator. Ahmed Awadh is a student in HCT; his major is Chemical Engineering and he is married. He has been working before in a petroleum company for more than 9 years; he left his previous job because of its weak salary. Ahmed Awadh was so comfortable when the interviewers were asking him the questions; he didn’t show us that he was bemused; he was so normal while he was answering them. His English is good but his vocabulary is kind of weak. He is a funny and sociable person. Ahmed believes in himself and his goal is to reach a higher level such as finishing his bachelor, taking his masters and hopefully getting the HD certificate.
